Orioles Sweep Past the Bronx Bombers

Game 1 - Baltimore 4 NYY 2 - Behind the 4 hit pitching of Pat Dobson, Baltimore takes the first game 4 to 2.  Ellie Hendricks and Brooks Robinson hit homeruns while Dobson picks up game MVP honors. Game 2 - Baltimore 5 NYY 1 - The Orioles struck early as Brooks Robinson triples in 3 runs in the first.  This proved to be all Baltimore needed as Mike Cuellar handcuffed the Yankees over 8 innings givinig up just 3 hits and 1 run.  After a 60 minute rain delay, Eddie Watt came in from the Oriole bullpen to close out the victory.  Baltimore has now won 5 in a row and 8 out of their last 10.
