Braves win series

The Atlanta Brave took 2 of 3 from the New York Mets.
GAME #1 - Mets win 6-5 in 11 innings. Ray Sadecki (4-1 3.09) gets the win and Tom House (0-1 2.84) takes the loss. On offense, the Mets Ken Boswell (.255) and Jerry Grote (.322) both went 3 for 6 with Grote knocking in the winning run in the bottom of the 11th with 2 out. For Atlanta, Ralph Garr second in the league in hitting at .385 also went 3 for 6 and Sonny Jackson went 4 for 5.

GAME #2 - Atlanta wins 4-2. Jim Nash (4-7 5.95) gets the win and Gary Gentry

(5-7 4.01) the loss.The Braves Ralph Garr (.386) goes 2 for 4 with his 7th HR of the year to led the team. For the Mets, Cleon Jones goes 4 for 5
